Lookout tower Velká Čantoryje
We would like to invite you on a tourist trip to this area situated in the picturesque surroundings of the Beskydy Mountains.
Velká Čantoryje with a height of 995 m. a. s. l. is the highest peak of the Silesian Beskydy. In 2002 a lookout tower was built here which rises to a height of 1016 m. a. s. l. and offers unique views of three states.
The lookout tower was christened by former extra-league hockey player Richard Král in November 2002 when he became its godfather. We reach the observation point by 118 steps. The goal of investors Jiří and Jan Lubojacky was to make this picturesque eastern part of the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy more attractive and offer tourists an unconventional view of the surroundings from the immediate vicinity of the village of Nýdek.
We wish you an unforgettable experience looking at the Beskydy landscape!
